NEA Jazz Masters Concert in NY, Nov 20

Three Jazz musicians who are personal friends and have all received NEA Jazz Masters Award, Americas most prestigious award bestowed to musicians who have dedicated their life to Jazz, come together on stage at Flushing Town Hall to honor each other in a special concert featuring music composed by each of them.
NEA Jazz Masters Jimmy Heath, saxophone, Frank Wess, flute & saxophone, and Barry Harris, piano, are joined by trombonist Benny Powell, drummer Tootie Heath and bassist David Wong in a concert filled with love, music, and incredible musicianship.
