The inaugural North Sea Jazz Cruise, scheduled for July 5-17, 2007, is almost sold out and is exclusively offering its final cabins with discounts up to 50% to IAJE members for the inclusive price of $2,500 per person.
Guests will board the Holland America's MS Rotterdam on July 5th.

The 12-day journey includes 8 days of sailing in the North Sea and on the Elbe with stops in Berlin, Germany; Gothenburg, Sweden; Oslo, Norway; and Hamburg, Germany. The final 5 days are spent in port in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, providing VIP access to the entire North Sea Jazz Festival. Hosted by Marcus Miller, the cruise's artist line-up includes Herbie Hancock, Roy Hargrove, Medeski-Scofield-Martin & Wood, Dee Dee Bridgewater, James Carter, Roberta Gambarini, McCoy Tyner, David Sanborn, and Kirk Whalum.

Regarding Marcus Miller, for the Asian and European spring tours the band line-up is Poogie Bell on drums, Patches Stewart on trumpet, Keith Anderson on sax, Bobby Sparks on keyboards, and Gregoire Maret on harmonica. Dean Brown will join the band for the North Sea Jazz Cruise
