David Berger Jazz Orchestra's final show @ Birdland, May 19

Message from David Berger:
***********
Dear Arnaldo,

As of January 1st, we have changed the name of our band to The David Berger Jazz Orchestra. Our new website is in development, but you can access the old site at either http://www.davidbergerjazz.com/ or http://www.sultansofswing.com/.

After three glorious years, our residency at Birdland comes to a close next Tuesday night, May 19th. Sets are at 9pm and 11pm. This has been a great experience for us and we wish to thank the management and all of you who came to see us for making this possible. We are currently negotiating with a new venue and will let you know as soon as details are finalized. In the meantime, you can also dance and listen to the band at Pier 54 on the Hudson River at 14th Street on August 9th from 7-10pm.

We'll be going in to the studio to record a new CD in the upcoming months and will also be on your TV set this fall. More details coming soon!

Our latest CD I Had The Craziest Dream: The Music of Harry Warren has been getting a lot of airplay all over the US and has been featured on NPR. Check out our website or amazon.com for audio clips.

Wishing you a happy summer.
Ever onward and upward,
David Berger
