"It's always good to wake up and know I'll be doing a show that night," Sony says. "There is a lot of work to get done before the first note is played i.e. plan out the set lists, get the charts for the band into properly sequenced folders, load up the sound equipment, warm up the vocal chords, put something good together from whatever is in my closet, etc. And that's just a TINY part of it...
