Two conflicting reports are circulating about 2008-2009 cancellation for both Japanese and mini European tour.

-The first one, he is getting old and sick (the Spain tour was canceled due to "medical reasons").But it's not the first time that "The Mito" is canceling a tour for any reason (medical, money, bad mood, bad technical conditions, etc...)

- The second one is that he was not really happy during the Brazilian mini-tour with his voice. He had some troubles in Spain in 2000 for the Barcelon concert, none in Paris in 2001 and that's why is so perfectionist with microphones (always an AKG 414 and nothing else).

He has also a lot of troubles with the producers of the early records released in the late 50's to the late 70's. With a juridical action ...

But "the Mito is getting old and if you have an occasion to see him again, in good form, don't miss the show.
