Guilhermo Klein reviewed

The pianist Guillermo Klein appeared for a two-week engagement with his big band at New York's legendary Village Vanguard club, as Dan Ouellette reports ( Washington Post ). Klein who was born in Argentina and currently lives in Barcelona was part of the New York jazz scene in the 90s and regularly performed with his big ensemble Los Gauchos at the club Smalls. At the Village Vanguard the band played mostly new material and after the two weeks went into the studio to record their fourth album.
