Cirque De Mardi Gras is Hollywood’s answer to the original New Orleans based festival that happens every year! The whole city will be in frenzy as King Ryan celebrates his 30th birthday by throwing a huge bash that will include a Mardi Gras/Masquerade theme, red carpet appearances by Hollywood’s A-list and elite, and Shifty Shellshock performing his hit song “Butterfly."
