Today, December 6, 2008, my idol and dear friend Dave Brubeck celebrates his 88th birthday by playing a concert with his quartet (Michael Moore, Randy Jones, Bobby Militello and Dave, of course) at the Patriot's Stadium Showcase in Foxboro, MA.Eighty-eight keys on a piano, matched by 88 years of a life dedicated to music.
Happy Birthday, Dave, and may you celebrate many more to come!
