Digitally remastered CD reissue, on the CTI label, of Chris Connor's groundbreaking album "This Is Chris," originally produced by Creed Taylor (and engineered by the late Tom Dowd) for the Bethlehem label in 1955.
Featuring J.J. Johnson & Kai Winding (trombones), Herbie Mann (flute), Joe Puma (guitar) and the elegant rhythm section with Ralph Sharon (piano), Milt Hinton (bass) & Osie Johnson (drums).
