Last year, JazzCorner.com launched Freddie's official website: Freddie Hubbard Music. With the permission of Freddie's wife, Briggie, the site has been revised, and is now online; complete with some rare videos, photo galleries as well as tributes from musicians such as Clark Terry, Herbie Hancock, Dave Douglas and Brian Lynch. More are coming in everyday. All other acknowledgements sent from Freddie Hubbard Music will be given to Briggie.
"A special thanks to Eric Jackson of WGBH for helping us convey a fairly complete discography of Freddie as a leader. This is still a work in progress, and your feedback is most appreciated. Freddie asked that the opening music of his website be the title tune from his Grammy winning record, "First Light." Peace and light" - Lois Gilbert - www.jazzcorner.com
