"Miucha & Tom Jobim", also known as "Miucha & Tom Vol.2", was the second album recorded by the duo, once again under the production of Aloysio de Oliveira.
Its first ever CD reissue was produced and annotated by Arnaldo DeSouteiro (Jazz Station Productions) in 2001, released in Brazil by BMG in the "RCA 100 Anos de Música" series, and later exported to all over the world by BMG International.

"Para a gravação do segundo álbum de Miucha & Tom Jobim, em 79, o produtor Aloysio de Oliveira preferiu a atmosfera de New York. A presença de feras como Ron Carter, Oscar Castro Neves e Rubens Bassini contribuiu para um resultado final ainda mais sofisticado, destacando-se “Aula de Matemática”, “Madrugada” e “Dinheiro em Penca”, genial parceria de Tom & Cacaso. Apenas uma faixa foi registrada no Rio: “Turma do Funil”, com arranjo de João Donato."
