GRAMMYs on the Hill—the music community’s largest annual advocacy program—will take place on April 14 and 15 in Washington, DC. Many leaders from the NY Chapter will be in attendance.
The good news is the $50 registration fee has been waived; NY Chapter members can register for the Advocacy Day at NO CHARGE.
On April 14, the GRAMMYs on the Hill Awards will honor Garth Brooks, Senate Majority Leader Dick Durbin and Southern California Representative Darrell Issa.
On April 15, we will have the chance to speak directly with New York and New Jersey legislators about important issues such as The Performance Rights Act, protecting wireless microphones from interference and overall copyright protection. Many of the legislators representing our region are on key committees that affect music issues.
Please join your fellow NY Chapter members and help make a difference for all music makers. It is an experience you will not forget.
