Eliane Elias on & off tour

After two concerts in Canada (at the Montreal and Toronto Jazz Festivals) and a sold-out eight-concert European tour (that took her to Spain, Portugal, Italy and France) this month, the NY-based Brazilian pianist Eliane Elias starts to work on her next recording project.

She will be back on the road only in August 12, as one of the stars of the "Bill Evans 80th Birthday Tribute" series at the Iridium jazz club in NY.
