Quincy Jones & The US Secretary of Culture

In a recent interview, Quincy Jones hoped for the new US government to establish a Secretary of Culture, as Jacqueline Trescott reports (Washington Post). Jones' idea was taken up by others who started an online petition which so far has been signed by 76,000 people.
