September... Soul Seduction, new dancefloor releases

September, to most the ninth month in the Gregorian calendar year! To me, one of my favourite Earth, Wind and Fire songs! Well, with September comes a change in the weather in Europe usually, and as I look out the window at the rain falling I have to concur that the weather has changed. So much so that the Tuesday evening Soul Seduction team run was cancelled because of inclement weather. Thankfully the music is always on our side and the newslist this week has some absolute beauties t keep you warm and cosy.
Some good parties too for your dairy and this week I will start with a very nice gathering at the MAK design shop and museum for next Tuesday evening. That’s the 11th of September where Rodney Hunter and DJ Namouk will be spinning in lush surroundings as the MAK reopens its doors after a summer refit. MAK is a great place to hang out and your company will be very much appreciated. Free entry and more about this party here
This coming Friday night (8th) and another nice gathering courtesy of TEWA crew here in Vienna. Pop by the Naschmarkt. More about the TEWA music dinner here.

Finally a date for the diary, 15th September at the OST klub in Vienna Parov Stelar (who remixed "O Vento" from Ithamara Koorax's "Brazilian Butterfly" album and made it a huge dancefllor hit this Summer) will be having his album launch party. OST klub on a Saturday night is a party always but with Parov Stelar and guests it’s going to be a masterblaster. By the way, Parov's new album, "Shine", pictured above, will be released on October 1st!

OK music wise. I’m found a few titles that I’ve been enjoying the last weeks and are finally about to be released. As always a personal recommendation as a few of you I know look forwards to what is enjoyed at the Soul Seduction office.
Fav label in the office is the Lovemonk imprint, we check everything those crazy Spaniards do and we are really enjoying the Achilifunk Gypsy funk compilation. Excellent comp.
Huge following in the office for Samim – Flow album! Quite a few times someone at some stage in the office has been playing this loud. Do check out this album as we think this guy has some talent. Get Physical of course bringing you the big beats and bangers.
Some nice vinyl too I think you should check out.

Always a big amount of love for Wonderwheel records out of New York. Nickodemus & Quantic Mi swing es tropical gets the remix treatment.
Nice to see Flo from Pulver records and Dublex Inc. doing his thing too with the Sneaky Fox outing on Jalapeno! This guy know how to rock a dancefloor and we think this 12” is going to move out the store very quickly. Check it out.
